Who We Are
Big Bullion Pte Ltd is registered in Singapore and licensed by the Ministry of Law (License No. PS202500008846). These Terms apply to every transaction between you and us.
Using Our Service
By requesting a quote or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part, please do not proceed.
Orders & Pricing
- Prices track live market spot rates and change throughout the day.
- Your final price is confirmed at the moment the transaction is mutually agreed - not at the moment you enquire.
- Once a price is agreed, the order is binding on both sides.
- We reserve the right to decline any order where pricing was quoted in error, stock is unavailable, or we have reasonable concerns about the transaction.
Identity Verification
As a licensed precious-metals dealer, we are required to verify customer identity for certain transactions. We may ask for government-issued ID, proof of address, or source-of-funds information. Transactions cannot proceed until verification is complete to our satisfaction.
Payment
- We accept PayNow for all transactions.
- Payment must be completed before we hand over goods or dispatch delivery.
- We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment is not received within a reasonable time.
Handover & Delivery
- Most transactions take place in person at Novena MRT or Pasir Ris MRT by appointment.
- Free islandwide delivery is available for qualifying orders above S$20,000. International delivery is not currently offered.
- Risk passes to you at the point of handover or at delivery signature, whichever applies.
Authenticity
Every item we sell is verified in-house before the transaction. We guarantee the authenticity and purity of the items at the point of sale. Bullion products may have minor cosmetic characteristics (scratches, spots, discolouration) that do not affect their metal content - these are part of normal bullion condition and not grounds for return.
Returns
All completed transactions are final. Once an item has been handed over or delivered, it is considered accepted. If you have any concerns, please raise them with us before completing the transaction.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our service. Our total liability for any transaction is limited to the value of that transaction.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is always the one that applies. Continued use of our service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute is to be resolved in the Singapore courts.
