All buying and selling of bullion is arranged by appointment at one of the following MRT locations:

• Novena MRT
• Pasir Ris MRT

Appointments help us deliver a smooth, private, and secure experience for every client. Exact meetup details are shared once the appointment is confirmed.

Shipping & Delivery

All pickups are done by appointment in store. Walk-ins are subject to availability.

For orders under S$5,000, we provide insured delivery at a flat fee of S$30 for convenience.

• Delivery is arranged after payment confirmation.
• International delivery is currently not available.

Returns Policy

As precious metals and jewellery are subject to live market fluctuations, all completed transactions are final.

• Returns and exchanges are not offered.
• Once an item has been handed over or delivered, it is considered accepted.
