All buying and selling of bullion is arranged by appointment at one of the following MRT locations:

• Novena MRT
• Pasir Ris MRT

Appointments help us deliver a smooth, private, and secure experience for every client. Exact meetup details are shared once the appointment is confirmed.

Shipping & Delivery

Most transactions are completed in person by appointment, giving both parties a chance to review and authenticate the items comfortably.

For added convenience, we offer free islandwide delivery within Singapore for orders above S$20,000.

• Delivery is arranged after payment confirmation.
• Timing and details are coordinated directly with you.
• International delivery is currently not available.

Returns Policy

As precious metals and jewellery are subject to live market fluctuations, all completed transactions are final.

• Returns and exchanges are not offered.
• Once an item has been handed over or delivered, it is considered accepted.
