Authenticity & Verification
How do you ensure your products are authentic?
Authenticity is non-negotiable. Every item we buy or sell is verified in-house using professional-grade equipment:
- Best-in-class XRF analyser
- Sigma Analytics precious-metals verifier
Together these tools confirm gold and silver purity, metal composition, authenticity, and protection against plated or counterfeit pieces - so both buyers and sellers transact with full confidence.
Selling to Us
How do I sell my gold or silver to you?
Three steps:
- Contact us via WhatsApp or Telegram at +65 8970 2161 for a quote.
- Arrange an appointment at a time that works for you.
- Meet us at Novena MRT or Pasir Ris MRT to complete the transaction.
We'll walk you through the process so it's clear and comfortable from start to finish.
Orders
Where do transactions take place?
All pickups are done by appointment in store. Walk-ins are subject to availability.
For orders under S$5,000, we also provide insured delivery at a flat fee of S$30 for convenience.
Can I return an item after purchase?
Due to the nature of precious metals and jewellery, completed transactions are final. If you have any concerns, please raise them before proceeding - we're happy to talk them through.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayNow / bank transfer (UEN 202549284C) and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex).
For PayNow / UEN bank transfers, please add your order number as the reference.
Credit card payments are subject to additional processing fees (in-store & online):
- Domestic (Visa / Mastercard / Amex) — 2.9%
- International — 3.9%
- WeChat — 1.5%
When is payment made?
Payment is completed:
- During your appointment for in-person transactions, or
- Prior to delivery for eligible delivery orders
Payment follows item verification, price confirmation, and mutual agreement - never before.
Pricing
How are prices determined?
Prices track live market spot rates and move throughout the day. Your final price is confirmed at the moment of transaction, and once agreed, the deal completes promptly.
